  1. Go to the Download Windows Printing Troubleshooter.
  2. Unzip and save the folder in your C Drive.
  3. Install the software and Run the executable file on the system.
  4. Wait for the Windows Printer Troubleshooter to detect the problems.
  5. Now install the printer drivers that are missing from your device.
  6. Right-click on the Windows menu icon and go to type Device Manager.
  7. Now go to Printers and select the ones that you are having an issue with.
  8. Right-click on it and select Printer Driver Update option.
  9. Verify if the error is fixed.
